When should I mail my invitations?
You should send your invitations 6 – 8 weeks prior to your wedding. If you have a lot of out of town guests or you are getting married on a holiday, aim for 8 – 12 weeks before your wedding. For destination weddings 3 – 6 months is appropriate.
When should I send my save-the-dates?
You should send your save-the-dates 6 months to a year prior to your wedding.
When should I place my order for invitations?
Featured Suites - Ordering one of our pre-designed Featured Suites comes with the benefit of a quick turn around time! Production is just 1 week from proof sign-off. This does not include time to create the proofs (this varies on promptness of approval). Give yourself at least 3 weeks from the order date to ensure your invitations are finished in time.
Custom Invitations - The custom process takes on average 5-6 weeks from our initial consultation. We recommend contacting us at least 4 – 6 months before your event to ensure ample time to work through the design process and create the perfect invitation for you.
Do you do rush orders?
We try to accommodate rush orders whenever our time allows. A 25% rush fee applies.
What EXACTLY is day-of-stationery?
This term encompasses all the paper pieces you would need on the day of your wedding. Items like: programs, ceremony signage (i.e. welcome signs, choose a seat… signs), reception signage (i.e. signature drink signs, guest book signage), table numbers, menus, place cards, seating charts, and favour tags. We can help you with it all.
When should I place my order for wedding stationery items?
We require at least 6 weeks for wedding stationery items. We understand there may be ongoing modifications to some information in the weeks prior to your wedding, but we need plenty of time to order your stock and format text.
What is your minimum order
We require a minimum order of 25 invitations. Please place your order in quantities of 5.
Custom Invitations - We require a minimum order of $500. This can include other stationery items as well (e.g. place cards, programs, menus).
Should I order extra invitations?
We recommend an extra 10 – 15% to account for guest list additions and to ensure you have one to keep, and one complete set for your photographer to capture.
